Jeve’ Real Estate Group LLC
Four states.One point of contact.
Ja’me Varnado works with real estate investors, second home and short term rental buyers, and first time homebuyers across California, Nevada, Arizona and Louisiana — bringing over 10 years of real estate experience to every move. California is home base: Southern California, the Inland Empire, the Central Coast and Northern California, with dedicated coverage in Las Vegas, Scottsdale and New Orleans.
Who we are
A boutique group, built for the way people actually move.
Jeve’ Real Estate Group LLC is a small real estate group, not a call center. Whether you are buying your first home in California, adding a rental property to a growing portfolio, or testing the water in Nevada, Arizona or Louisiana, you work with Ja’me Varnado directly — the same person from the first email to the day the keys change hands.
That matters most when a move crosses a state line. Two closings, two sets of timelines, and a lot of questions that nobody seems to answer in one place. Our whole approach is built around making that feel like one decision instead of four.

The right house is rarely the first one that looks right. It is the one you still feel good about a week after the paperwork is signed.
Ja’me Varnado, founder
California

Nevada
Las Vegas, and second homes across the valley.
Arizona

Louisiana

Who I help
Three kinds of clients, three different conversations.
Most of the people who write to Jeve’ Real Estate Group are one of three things. Knowing which one you are changes almost everything about how we start — the questions, the numbers, and the timeline.
Working with investors
Every investor is different. So we start where you are.
Most investors who write to me want to pick my brain first — the market, the numbers, the neighborhood — and get my honest read before they move on anything. Others arrive already knowing exactly what they want and just need someone to go get it done.
Both are welcome here, and neither is the wrong way to do this. You get my full attention either way, with over 10 years of real estate experience behind the answers.
Tell me what you are building, and we will start there.

Talk through a purchaseWhat I look at first
- The marketWhere you are buying, and what is genuinely moving there right now.
- The numbersWhat the property costs to hold, and what it is realistically likely to return.
- The neighborhoodThe street itself, the surroundings, and what changes around it over the next few years.
Whether you want advice, a second opinion on a property you have already found, or someone to handle the whole thing — everything is in writing, by email, so you always have the numbers in front of you.
Buying your first home
Not qualifying is a question,not a verdict.
It is the worry I hear more than any other, and it is almost never the end of the road. Usually it is the start of a conversation: what would it take, how long would it take, and is there another way in. Those are questions with answers, and finding out where you actually stand is the first step — not a decision about you.
So before we look at a single house, I will connect you with a lender to find out exactly where you stand. In plain terms, with no pressure, and nothing you did not agree to.
There are first time buyer loan programs and down payment help available in California, Nevada, Arizona and Louisiana that many people have simply never heard of. Part of my job is making sure you know what you are eligible for before you decide you are not. Then we go step by step, from pre-approval through closing, so you are never left guessing what comes next.
You may be closer to qualifying than you think.

Ask where you standStep by step
- 01A lender, in plain termsOne conversation with a lender I work with, to find out exactly where you stand. It costs nothing, and it commits you to nothing.
- 02What you may be eligible forFirst time buyer loan programs and down payment help get checked against your actual situation, rather than assumed.
- 03Pre-approval, then the searchA real number to shop with, so we are only looking at homes that are genuinely yours to buy.
- 04All the way to closingOffer, inspection, appraisal and paperwork — every step explained in plain language before you sign anything.
No phone calls, no pressure — everything in writing, by email, so you always have the answer in front of you.
Where we work
Pick a state and we will take it from there.
Each state has its own page with what to expect on the ground — how the process differs, what to ask about, and how we handle a move that crosses a state line.
How we help
Everything between the first question and the closing table.

About Ja’me Varnado
Straight answers, in plain language.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Ja’me Varnado founded Jeve’ Real Estate Group LLC after years of watching people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with too little information and too much pressure. The response was simple: slow down, explain the numbers, and never rush somebody into a house.
Clients get the same treatment whether the budget is modest or generous. What they tend to remember is the honesty — being told a property is not worth it, or that waiting a month makes more sense than listing today.
